In the case of rescheduling requests unrelated to the insurance coverage, we kindly request a minimum of seven days' advance notice. However, by opting for the insurance, you gain the advantage of being able to reschedule your booking with just a four-day notice. In the event that you are unable to reschedule within the four-day timeframe, but still notify us less than four days in advance, you may be eligible for a partial refund amounting to 50% of the package cost you initially paid.
For any rescheduling or full refund requests not covered by insurance, we kindly ask for a minimum of seven days' advance notice. However, in select special circumstances, we may be able to offer a partial refund of up to 30% or explore the possibility of accommodating a rescheduling request.
